Neobux - New PayPal Withdraw Fee

PayPal has introduced a different withdraw fee.

It's still 2% of the transfer amount but now the fee can go as high as $45 where before it never went above $1.

This change is only for PayPal withdraws and transfers below $50 remain the same as before.

We're currently negotiating a better flat fee and if this changes this topic will be edited to reflect those changes.

This fee was introduced back in October 2011 for most merchants but only today we've been notified that it will apply to us as well starting now.
